The HES-Soirée was held on Friday, September 6 at EHL Lausanne, and welcomed around 100 guests from the HES alumni and the HES world, who gathered at the emblematic Montreux Jazz Café “La Ferme” to listen to a concert by the group “The Horn of Hope”, led by singer and saxophonist Vee Mukarati. The boundless energy of this group of students from the Haute École de Musique Lausanne transported guests throughout the evening in an afro-jazz & soul atmosphere. The guests in attendance, reflecting the full diversity of the HES world, were able to experience the art of EHL hospitality at first hand and, for some of them, take a behind-the-scenes tour of the campus. Networking, in all its forms, is of paramount importance, as Simone de Montmollin, Luciana Vaccaro and David Knuff reminded us in their speeches.
